In Part One, I talked about our process & research findings from an exploratory research study on digital payments in India.

- the redesign considerations for the top three digital payments apps (GooglePay, Phonepe & Paytm) &
- prototyping a simple, intuitive payments app based on our research findings.

Based on our findings, made design suggestions for the
top 3 digital payments products: Google Pay, PhonePe &
Paytm, to make them more accessible & reduce user’s
cognitive load while using them
I prototyped a payments app that is more accessible to
new users & those with limited technical ability
Problem statement: An adult who has moved from a feature
phone to a smartphone for the first time needs to send &
receive money using digital payments services intuitively so
they can independently access financial products & services
